I don't think "D15Z" is a complete engine code. D15Z1 is the 1992-1995 VX code (USA):
92-95 Civic Hatchback Specifications CX DX VX Si - Honda-Tech
But there were several versions of the D15Z sub-series, it seems, at the global level:
