First fill up.
20.6 mpg.
That's my normal driving. City, country roads, highways, me being late for hockey, getting stuck in a 45 minute traffic jam, and other non-efficient driving habits.
I've filled up and have already implemented the hypermiling techniques. Coasting, P&G, (both with engine on). The only EOC I do is on the way home at midnight when there's really no one on the road.
But I'm looking forward to the numbers from just doing the hypermiling. Then I'll know how much of an increase I'll get from the mods.
It's going to be a while before I get my next numbers though. I have fly to Albuqurque for all next week. But unitl then, I can work on the guage pod and probably plan a tune up after next tank.
This will include:
- plugs
- oil change
- fuel filter
- air filter
- coolant flush
- alignment
And then we'll go from there.
By the way, the 28.5 mpg best I have wass highway driving.
Until next time...
