For edge radiusing, 1"-2" PVC pipe looked like a good idea. But this morning I looked at a Prius and a new Insight in parking lot at work. The radius is more like 10"-12" to me eye. I might just go with a hard straight edge and gain the benefits of simpler sturdy construction.
