Just got a phone message today from the machinist.
He has an adapter plate template done up for me!
I am hoping I can go see it tomorrow night. That way, he can work on it while I am out of town later.
It should be a piece of machined tin that we can put on the transmission and motor and see how they line-up and attach.
If everything looks good, he will go ahead and make a real version out of some thicker aluminum plate.
I think he also has the coupler parts done up!
