I used a broom handle duct taped to a breaker bar and I broke the broom handle trying to get mine off. I ended up "dropping" the car (gently) onto the breaker bar to knock it loose. =P

If you're still unsure I'll take a picture of it when I get home from work. I believe the drain plug is the one that fits a 3/8" socket wrench (it's a square hole), and the fill plug is above it and off to the side (left?) and uses a socket. When filling the transmission, add fluid to the fill hole until it starts to come out the fill hole with the car sitting level.
