I have an aftermarket IMPUL body kit on my 2002 Infiniti Q45 Sport. My insurance required that I disclose that if I wanted them to cover the replacement in an accidient. The kit was $4000+ so I disclosed it.
I 'might' include a line in the install instructions to notify your insurer of 'any' add-ons.
