According to this,
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES | Clean Energy Vehicles for British Columbia you could get $5000 back in BC. If the vehicle was sold new through an approved dealer. Too bad it doesn't apply to used cars, even though the 2011 Leaf is on the list, because then, in theory, if the right person bought it for say $24000, it could be bought from them for that much, and then you'd get $5000 back. So you'd end up with a 2011 Leaf with 1000 KMs on it for $19k!
