Did you use the search function for this site, in the above left corner? If not, do that first. This has been discussed many times. Read the whole thread and you'll see that the answer sorta is and has to be: "it depends upon your car and your driving conditions."

But do your own search. I can tell you that if you check my garage page, you'll find I linked to my WAI test under my listed current mods for my '98 Civic DX.
