I've stopped using highways and stuck to the backroads so I can't speak on the congestion, but I've noticed an increase in bike riders in and out of the city. I just wish those same people would follow the rules of common sense and.... oh, I don't know....
USE LIGHTS AT NIGHT!!!!!
It's a good thing I drive so much slower now on those roads or through the city... no lights, no reflectors, dark clothing... yeesh!
