I have a lot of sympathy for people trapped by this outrageous stunt. (No I have not gotten a ticket.)

There was an episode of "Garfield and Friends" where Jon was pulled over for reckless speeding or something. There was a "45 MPH" sign, but right by it, just off of the ground, was a small sign that said "8 MPH," that had been covered by a leaf.
That was outrageous!
Dropping speed limits after sharp corners is also fun.
