4) cut a disc out of some material (coro, or whatever) and affix it to the existing hubcap.
PS: your OEM hubcaps look pretty good (they're not air blenders). I don't think you'll get a big enough savings from buying aftermarket discs to make up the cost in a reasonable amout of time (if that's your goal).
