Wow. You have developed quite a list of mods too. Nice work. Because of your very-high FE, over time your car will pay for itself in saved gas, depreciation, and insurance when compared to buying replacement lightly used cars.

That's really sensible. In some ways a person could look at the Insight as the "sexier" car (not that we care much) and want to keep it instead. But your calculation is the one I'd like to think I'd make too.
