Who told you that? None of the moderators, I'll bet.
My truck isn't very trucky, but it's here. Big Dave and Diesel Dave are both regular participants with fullsize trucks, Diesel Dave in particular is turning in numbers that would shame a lot of economy cars, even if you derate his numbers to level the diesel's playing field advantage. Big Dave's "Red Baron" F-250 posts mileage numbers similar to mine, and his truck is literally twice the size of mine.
There are lots of trucks here. Shoot, we even have had participation from a guy driving a Class 8 tractor trailer (his numbers were
amazing if you consider the fact that his vehicle is 80,000 lbs and over ten feet high)
