You've got a bit of an uphill climb to wrangle bigger numbers out of your Ecobooster, but I'm seriously envious. I've been salivating just thinking about these engines ever since I first read about them, when Ford was still calling them TwinBoost engines at the auto shows.
An F-150 is a big ol' barn door flying down the road. There are lots of things you can do to help its aero profile. Go read up on Big Dave and Diesel Dave, and then climb the mountain to consult the aero guru that is Aerohead. Unless I'm mistaken, Aerohead is a genuine aeronautics engineer, so he knows his stuff.
