Well, you helped me make my material decision! I found an ad on craigslist for free old 18"x24" coroplast election campaign signs, so I'm picking up 100 from the guy tomorrow. I figured about 50 will be enough for a belly pan, grille block, wheel skirts, and partial kammback, and I might want to re-configure a second revision later.
You should try to find some old campaign signs or boxes or something for your trapdoors - I'm sure you can find them.
Mine won't look near as nice as yours, but it will be cheap and crappy like my car! - only the cost of duct tape to seal them together!

I hope you have to do some driving... we're all anxious to see any coastdown/mpg gains!
