It's funny you mentioned this, because we were just discussing this at work last week.
The "most" you can get into a tire is about "80%" depending on tire pressure.
1) An empty tire is not really empty! It has atmospheric pressure in it based on barometric pressure, so call it one atmosphere of *air*.
2) Fill the tire to 15 psi, and now the tire has two atmospheres of air in it, or 50% Nitrogen and 50% air.
3) Fill it to 30 psi and now the tire has 75% Nitrogen and 25% air, and so on.
4) Air is already 80% Nitrogen.
Just something to think about.
