Finished my Grid Charger completely this week. It is now closed and the fan does a pretty darn good job keeping the components cool. Some pictures :

I drilled some holes to help the cooling around the power supplies.

And finally, I put some weatherstripping tape to prevent scratches or tear from the screws when using it in the car or working on it on the table.
