It sounds like your battery is in better shape (balanced) than the one I had though - so you're doing this for a bit more efficiency, or to be nice to the battery?

The parts are finally in a case, but it's not 100% yet. I ordered a volt meter to get a display on the outside of the case and still have to add the relays and diode.

I love the switch, it's so easy to use. The position is perfect to use it for EOC, as I reach my hand to the shifter I hit the switch then pop it in neutral and kill the engine. Then I simply keep my hand on the shifter, stretch out my finger as I put it into 5th and hit the switch to have regen/assist back on. I've also used it several times to turn off regen while climbing hills.
Once I get the grid charger working I will use it to make sure I'm getting into work and back home with a nearly empty battery but no forced regen. I'm at work for 10hrs and can plug in so I should be pretty full when I leave.
So far though I've only gotten one 100+MPG trip to work (more downhill) and one 98. I'm mostly highway and keep it at 58mph avg. On the way home it's late so I can go a little slower but I have to climb the Niagara escarpment right at the end of the drive.
This will be my third and best tank in a day or 2 at 800miles plus with 84.1 showing for the tank.
