In the fall/winter months the sun is often low as I drive. I long ago took out my sun visors as part of a weight reduction project that found large numbers of small things to remove in order to significantly lighten the car.

Here is the plasti-dip solution. I wonder if it will last in the air flow.

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color. My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
