Crashnzuk, the mixture screw doesn't seem to help the missing and loading up at idle times longer than 20 seconds. I realized that my tires were way down and I still need to confirm what my timing is at now. Here is a couple pics of my truck. The airdam is kinda hard to see, but it does go almost all of the way around. Note the little side view mirror. I've got an old aluminum sign I plan to use for the topper curve that may go 2/3 back and terminate with the rest of the bed flat covered so I can see out of the rearview mirror.
