I love when some entity with deep pockets can dig deep into a car and take it very, very far down one developmental path or another. Opel did it with their Rekord mileage concept, Ford did it with the GT concept (and brought it back to market).

I just love this series of articles. I can't wait for the road trip results! I wonder, just how happy will these guys be with having taken out ALL the sound attenuation material?
