Finished building the "frame" for the underbelly tray.
Materials Used:
aluminum C - channel bars from Lowes/Home depot
#10 machine screws at various lengths
#10 speed nuts
Various washers
For the rear portion, i "cut" out a portion to allow the exhaust pipe to pass through and to allow the belly pan to sit level. This is because otherwise, the exhaust dips about 2cm's lower in the back vs the front.

I plan on using 8mm coroplast for the added stiffness.
I'll line the "middle" portion with aluminum flashing
Next up:
building the "frame" for the rear diffuser. Then finish the front underbelly tray/front wheel strakes.
