They won't touch that with a ten foot pole. Have the car automatically speed up and slow down would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. The manufacturers are getting real serious real fast however because of the outlandish café standards. They are covering grills with shutters, making smooth under-bellies, using auto shut-off at stops, shutting down cylinders under light loads, etc. These are all out there and being used already. I have a hunch they may learn a little from sites like this.
