Yeah, that's an interesting discussion you linked. The OP there seems to say his D15b block has that port blocked-up. He does not say which D15b he has. He seems also to suggest he has the JDM. Maybe the USDM Civic base model D15b1 has that fitting plugged? Maybe the CX came with the D15b1?
