My oil pan leak is from the crank pulley area. I sure hope it does not turn out to be the crank pulley seal. It did not look that way to my eyes, but my eyes are relatively untrained. What a mistake that would be, to have been in there doing the timing belt and neglect to replace the leaking gasket. I guess mistakes cannot be avoided for the shade tree mechanics! Good luck!
