Just posting this for posterity... All this talk of kill switches prompted me to look up the Ignition Coils circuit for my winter beater '07 Civic which also needs a switch.

Looks like it's in the under-hood fuse block, fuse #18 (15 A), says the Internet.

YUP! Just confirmed with actual eyeballs.
