Right now the rear wheel skirts are just attached with duct tape, for testing. They are held off the tires because while the upper portion is flush with the body, inside the lip of the wheel well, the lower portion is outside the body, which acts as a "support" of sorts for the lower end. Ultimately, I'll want some sort of bar. I'll figure that out soon, but not this week. Work is too busy again.
The side skirts are attached to the plastic runners at maybe six points. I drilled in a slightly zigzag pattern, to prevent wiggle at speed or from vibrations. I can't remember what sorts of screws and bolts I used at the moment. It was a little hodge-podge, remnants and such. Btw, one side of the gutters I cut off (on the part of the gutters that are on the inside, under the car).
