I just used leftover scraps of coroplast and aluminum bars and svrews from my middle / rear undertay projects.

1) removed OEM splash guard
2) located existing holes in the chassis to create a frame

3) I decided to make it a 3 part undertay so that I can easily remove one side to easily access the oil filter

4) all done... Not my best work, but hey, I only used leftover scraps

Initial coast down tests didn't show a big gain, but perhaps because the car already had an OEM splash guard. The main advantage now is ease of access to the oil filter for oil changes.
