You've got access to a plug: got an extra hair dryer? Plug it in for 15 minutes to pre-heat the interior. That's how I heated the ForkenSwift the times I used it in the winter.

I often did the same thing with the Firefly: coolant heater for the car, hair dryer inside for me.

I know I drive more efficiently when I'm comfy warm. When I'm cold, I have less patience behind the wheel (maybe I unconsciously burn more gas to get heat sooner...)
