Changing cars 6 months ago has already saved me around $800 in gas. At this rate I'll need about a year more to break even, not counting lower maintenance costs of the new vehicle.
Most mods will probably not break even for several years, but it's as much a hobby as anything else and keeps me from buying expensive computer parts, or going out.
