Update:
The new suspension is a blast to drive on, real nice and stable and minimal body roll on hard cloverleaf turning! Rides pretty smooth, not bouncy but a little stiff. I did notice that my camber is a bit off. I've got front and rear camber adjusters coming (pics on install) more on that later.
In other news, Skiddy and I broke our old mpg record on today's fill up!
301.3miles ÷8.799gallons = 34.2425275599mpg!
I wanted to fill up yesterday, I could see for the miles traveled that the numbers would be good. I figured another 100 miles on the tank would be more of a true read. (It seems that the gas gauge drops off more quickly after the first half tank)
Either way,I'm a happy camper! I blame the lowered suspension and lots of hand throttle action for the jump in mpgs.
Camber parts should come in tomorrow, party in the garage on Saturday!
Thanks,
Victor
