Looking good! What about those flexible rods that hold up a tent, for example, to hold your cardboard for final cuts? Maybe a fishing pole? Something with enough give to get the radius you want and still holds shape long enough to get good measurements?
Either way it's still cool. Keep it up!
Edit: passenger rear tire on your boss's truck looks a little low from here, dude!
