low miles Sentra

This is the first car I've seen in a while that has really caught my interest:

'95 5-speed, 1-family car with only 118k kms / 73k miles! And the ad says it's been rust-proofed, which is critical for a car that old around here.

I'm unclear on the highway MPG. It's either 34 or 36.

Too bad the paint's so oxidized. That's rare to see up north.

Mom bought the car new in '95 and gave it to me in '07 for the kids when they started universtity. Both are finished school and car is no longer required. It is driven daily to work, very reliable and cost effective to operate and maintain. Gets 27 plus mpg in the city and 40 plus mpg on the highway. Very reasonable to insure. Exceptionally clean inside and out. Does not burn a drop of oil between changes and has been maintained regularly since new including Krown protection. Car is ready for paint. $1500 cert, e-test and painted (black as I have the paint) or make me an offer.
