I never thought I'd say this, but that Cavalier looks like a deal. An 11 year old economy car with 51k miles is a good start. They aren't particularly good cars, but with miles that low, you can forgive them a lot. If the mileage is true then I'd go look at it if I needed a cheap set of wheels, you could do a lot worse. And you can get parts for those things at the bulk section of your favorite grocery store haha, one of the easiest and cheapest cars around to fix. Just my 2 cents.

I go by the highway results, hope that's not cheating

Those are some of the best deals I have seen anywhere regardless of the highway mileage and in California no less, where rust is generally not an issue.

It's going to be the trend for a while:
US gas prices near 6 year lows: guess what that means for the forum!

How would you fix the bottom of the bumper on that Prius? My friend's Altima is like that.

Title status says "parts only". Not sure about MI but in Va that means it can never be titled again. Probably some damage from the impact that got the front bumper.
xist, they make two part body repair epoxies that will hold those parts together as long as nothing is missing.

low miles Sentra
This is the first car I've seen in a while that has really caught my interest:
'95 5-speed, 1-family car with only 118k kms / 73k miles! And the ad says it's been rust-proofed, which is critical for a car that old around here.
I'm unclear on the highway MPG. It's either 34 or 36.
Too bad the paint's so oxidized. That's rare to see up north.

For Sale By Owner
Year 1995 Nissan Sentra
Kilometers 118000
Transmission Manual
Mom bought the car new in '95 and gave it to me in '07 for the kids when they started universtity. Both are finished school and car is no longer required. It is driven daily to work, very reliable and cost effective to operate and maintain. Gets 27 plus mpg in the city and 40 plus mpg on the highway. Very reasonable to insure. Exceptionally clean inside and out. Does not burn a drop of oil between changes and has been maintained regularly since new including Krown protection. Car is ready for paint. $1500 cert, e-test and painted (black as I have the paint) or make me an offer.
