Checking the Green Grand Prix web site (Welcome To The Official Green Grand Prix Web Site), and following the link to "Registration", I see that page is headed "TOYOTA GREEN GRAND PRIX 2015" and states that the event date is April 17. That is in fact LAST YEAR's reg. form.

Yes, the GGP's main page header has been updated to show that the 2016 GGP will be on April 15. But the other information all seems to still be from last year.
