Driving modestly like that, I'd be surprised if you didn't get good mileage. Your truck, if it's a single cab and 4x2 like mine, is a relatively lightweight vehicle with a really straightforward drivetrain. I reckon your rear axle ratio is pretty modest, too - not very tall, not very low. Just right for a little bit of everything, and great for pushing a modest truck down the road at not-too-fast speeds. If you could spend your time on back roads with few stops and lower speeds, it would probably do even better.

My truck, with no mechanical mods, can push into the mid-30s for fuel mileage on long interstate trips - that's keeping right at 60mph. No engine treatments or anything like that.
