Isn't the Netherlands also the home of the Kewet Buddy? I always considered that to be the spiritual successor to the old Citicar. It looks just like a Citicar except it doesn't look dreadful like a Citicar, has an interior that is considerably nicer than the garden tractor appointments in the Citicar, and can be counted on to get out of its own way.
