Glad to have you here. I don't have much experience with the newer body style Taurus, but, I just sold my last one to a friend. (I used to have 2 of the 1995's 1 with 175K on the clock. and the one I sold with 225K on the clock ). I did some mods to the engine that allowed me to average 26mpg on my weekly drives, combo driving, with little technique. And. TaDa, 35mpg on trips to Ma's.
