I did the same w my 2002 Infiniti Q45S.
I did 40k a year on the road and wasn't really concerned about my intowm mpg. I adjusted the nut behind the wheel, but didn't try to measure it.
But on the highway, I was all about mpg.
Belly pan, taller tires, driving 60mph.
THe only thing I would sacrifice was the a/c!!
