Interestingly, fuel economy doesn't seem to change between ~35mph and 50mph, though going any faster causes it to drop gradually. I wonder what the the lowest-hanging fruit is going forward. Considering that having my windows down doesn't seem to affect economy at all, at these speeds aerodynamics are probably not the biggest factor. I might want to look at something like electric A/C and water pumps (get rid of the serpentine belt) and reducing brake drag.
