If you have the DVD of this episode you should definately listen to the short commentary, where they talk about their inspiration for the episode.
If you are not familiar with South Park it is for adults, and some may find it offensive, but I love it.
BTW sorry Katana, you can't watch it you "Crooked toothed, tea swilling crumpet eater!"(that's funny right there)
