This is the problem when debating the merits of this engine vs. that engine. It almost doesn't matter what you're talking about, one will have strengths over the other, all the way from Stirling (heat reversible, runs on anything) to hafnium-fueled nucleonic reactors (fueling duration measured in months, relatively benign nuclear fuel). And sometimes the debate, as you've noticed, wanders off into La-la Land.

You've already spent some time wrenching the 267, doing a little exploratory surgery. What was your conclusion? Is that what you're going to run with?
