Yes, the planetary gears inside these motors can be replaced/upgraded. Lyen makes a hardened steel sprocket for hub motors. 25 bucks each. We would need three.

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color.
