I just had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad experience with U-Haul and wondered who else had problems with them. I found

It seems like they have been advertising this for at least nine years, but I do not remember seeing it until afterwards. People in that class action lawsuit claim they only made a reservation because of that guarantee.
I do not know what chance they have of convincing a judge of that.
