I used this plug kit, which I bought at a major autoparts store. I have driven about a hundred miles in high heat. I have the pressure around max sidewall instead of higher like I usually run it. No leakage in water submerge test. Tire pressure has been stable for several days. Looking good so far. Supposedly good for 20,000 miles. I expect to want new wheels before then.

I will rebuild Black and Green over decades as parts die, until it becomes a different car of roughly the same shape and color.
