No energy or matter can be destroyed - or created.

The only reason that cows (or any other animal) add greenhouse gases to the atmosphere - is because of the way we raise the food they eat.

Only humans are taking carbon out from underground - and put it into the atmosphere. Physics and chemistry happen as they always do - if we ignore science, that doesn't change what happens.
