Best tank yet for this crappy old Metro!
Could have easily done a kilotank (1000 kilometers), but I haven't had the gauge that close to E on this car yet, so I chickened out at 987 km (613 miles). Turns out there was another ~150 km in the tank.
Re-fuelled with the first summer gas tank of the year. Should help a tiny bit.
70 MPG would be easily attainable if I babied this car just a little more. I'm driving it a little harder (faster) than I usually drive the Firefly. Giving the little, old, blue-haired ladies a run for their money!
Also! I decided to give the Firefly a year off. I've got too many little projects going on, so I'm going to keep the Metro going until the MPGiata comes out of hibernation for its late summer/fall frolick.
