I haven decided which car to sacrifice for the Metro, the beloved Saturn or the Geo Tracker.

Honda started casting the exhaust manifold into the head of all of their engines in... I think 2008? The G1 Insight pioneered this, their first car. No turbos of course but the turbo piping is super easy since it's already a single pipe. Integrated header is great for heat recovery, gets warm in winter in the first mile or two.
