Lots of members here have a strong interest in human powered transportation (myself included - most of my local kilometers are by bike).
But I'm not a big fan of subdividing existing subforums into ever smaller subforums. Forum activity is declining in general, and we'd end up with just the sound of crickets in many of them, which isn't a good look.
There are quite a few HPV threads already in
Alternative Transportation . I'd like to keep it as is.
