And you are planning to install PV panels. That puts you in the 'no one' category, or what?

"Its weather not climate when it's cold", yeah, that's exactly what you say about heat when it's hot.
Who do you blame for having bias?

Both are true. Cold winters and hot, dry summers on a regional scale are weather.
But yearly global average temperatures aren't weather.
And increasingly melting glaciers and ice caps on a decade scale aren't weather.
Since we are talking about the climate, the latter should have more attention.
