Who do you blame for having bias?
Both are true. Cold winters and hot, dry summers on a regional scale are weather.
But yearly global average temperatures aren't weather.
And increasingly melting glaciers and ice caps on a decade scale aren't weather.
Since we are talking about the climate, the latter should have more attention.
